Coming out of Tech, OUR Ceo Miguel made the move to start up a Design Business in 2004 with modest dreams of fulfilling Digital Marketing Goals for Small Business Owners. His journey has taken him to open Picasso Design, A Florida based company with a diverse group of programmers, designers, writers, and project managers.
